New Wolf Grills

WS-30 Wine Storage
New to the Sub-Zero Wine Storage line is Model WS-30. This new model is the perfect complement to our new built-in refrigeration line, using the same framework. You can install this model in four different design applications. The classic stainless steel models are available in three different handle options: tubular, curved and pro. You can use custom panels in the framed, overlay or flush inset application. The new flush inset design application allows you to place the unit flush with surrounding cabinetry.
Model WS-30 is 30” wide and 84” tall and can house up to 147 bottles in two different temperature zones. Available 2nd quarter 2009.
Cooktop Low-Profile Hoods
New to the Wolf ventilation line is the Cooktop Low-Profile Wall and Island hoods. The hood’s contemporary styling includes heavy duty stainless steel, front mounted electronic controls and halogen lighting. It has all of the features you need including heat sentry feature, automatically turning the unit on when heat is sensed, four-speed blower control and dishwasher-safe mesh filters.
Wall hoods are available in 30”, 36” and 45” widths. The island hood is available in a 42” width. All widths have the option of coming with a 500 cfm internal blower included. 36” and 45” width wall hoods also have the option of using an in-line or remote blower. Although we recommend that ventilation be ducted to the outside, recirculating kits and charcoal filters are available for non-ducted installations.

Drawer Microwave Oven
Coming first quarter 2009 to the Wolf line of products will be a new drawer microwave oven, available in 24” and 30” widths. It has a classic stainless steel finish and is built to match Wolf E Series ovens. The drawer microwave oven can be built into the cabinetry on its own or under a Wolf E Series oven, in either a standard or flush inset installation. The 24” width is available with unframed trim, while the 30” width model has unframed and framed trim options.
The drawer microwave oven has 950 watts of power and an ample 1 cubic foot of interior drawer space, able to fit a 9” X 13” pan with ease. Open and close the drawer with a push of a button, and use the easy to operate control panel to use the 11 programmable power levels, sensor cooking, and the micro warm setting, allowing you to keep food warm for up to 30 minutes.
